Project Description

As you all know, Houston Texas was deeply impacted by the floods of the hurricane. At first we were unaware and underestimated the outcome of Hurricane Harvey, but now we are experiencing a devastating flood. We are expecting more rain, about 50 inches by Wednesday.

Harvey is the largest hurricane to hit the area in decades. Port Arkansas, Rockport, Corpus Christi, Houston and so many other places are going to be dealing with so much damage and loss of life for a long time to come.

Texans always stick together and we are doing the best we can. People have lost their cars, homes, and even loved ones due to this tragedy.  People are bringing out boats and trucks, sharing locations to help rescue people on their roofs. It’s something unimaginable.

Not even the news predicted this early enough for us to evacuate. We have help centers, stores and schools opening doors to help shelter those who were stuck in the flood and lost their homes. There’s pets, newborns, children, teens,  adults, elderly who are in need.

There is so much damage to the city, but I want to make sure everyone is safe and warm. I am never good at estimating costs, especially now that the destruction of our city is unbelievable, but what you do donate will 100% go to meals, toiletry, and everything on the list of necessities.

Our volunteers have gathered items to donate as well. I’m not sure if anyone will donate, but anything helps. Even $1.

There are several communities in Texas that need critical help after Hurricane Harvey.

Prayers to all. So many offerings are coming forward to help and assist our community rebuild. There are many people who will be unable to help themselves, their businesses and organizations.

We know there are a number of kind souls across the entire country who will be willing to help.  Love to all.

The devastation is estimated in the $Billion’s of dollars for property and other but today PEOPLE need basics like  Food, Shelter, Clothing and other basic necessities.

We are spreading awareness and raising funds to support this disaster.

This fund will help assist our communities in the rebuilding process.
